   2 day Minimum stay required
   Maximum of 8 people total.

Rates:
    $110 per day: Minimum rate (includes up to 2 persons) 
    $15 per day:  per each additional person over the initial 2
    Children under 5 years old stay free

Additional fees:
    6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax
    3% County Hotel Tax

Payment Due:
    50% of total fee is required at time of reservation.
    50% due upon arrival.

Security Deposit:
    $100.00 security deposit required, payable upon arrival.
    If no damage is found after check-out, deposit will be
    refunded and promptly mailed to you.

Check-in: 1:00 PM

Check-out: 12:00 noon

Restrictions:
    No Pets
    No Smoking inside the Lodge
    No off-road vehicles
    No discharging of firearms, bb-guns or firecrackers.

Cancellation Policy:
    2 weeks advance notification of cancellation is required.
    75% of total reservation costs will be returned upon proper
    notice.
